Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained as needed to prepare and document a response. We keep correspondence within the organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our systems automatically receive basic technical and usage details when a page loads, including:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small device files used to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages, and where visits end. Analytics providers help compile those measurements. A browser can reject cookies, although blocking them may change how some functions behave.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Warrant Data on File
We do not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant information. Our Coconino County material identifies official court, Sheriff Records, Arizona Public Access, and DPS channels. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party dossiers, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention rules, and disclosure practices govern information submitted through those tools. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Throughout the site we link to sheriff's office pages, court portals, statewide warrant systems, legal aid groups, and third-party search tools. Clicking any of those links takes you off our site. At that point, their privacy policy governs your visit. Read it before sharing any personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security measures are used for information under our control. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, however, and we cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If a minor has supplied information, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Data Rights
Applicable Arizona and federal privacy or consumer-protection law may provide additional rights. Arizona public-government records are separately governed by Arizona public-records law, principally A.R.S. §§ 39-121 through 39-121.03 and the public-records contact requirements in § 39-171. Those laws do not convert data held by this private site into a government record. At a minimum, you can:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised. A new version becomes available here with an updated effective date, so visitors should review it periodically.
